Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and responsible Waiter/Waitress (Front of House All-Rounder) to join our team. This role requires someone who can confidently handle all aspects of the restaurant’s front operations — from guest service to maintaining cleanliness and supporting catering activities. This role is strictly for people with 1 or 2 years experience, who have good personality and communication skills. We are not looking for over the top experienced staff. Someone who is willing to grow with the brand and learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and serve guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and basic drinks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area throughout the day. This includes, dusting table, broom and mop cleaning area, washroom cleaning as well is required.
Conduct deep cleaning of the front area once a week as part of hygiene standards.
Manage table setups, clearing, and resetting for smooth service flow.
Assist in catering events and offsite service when required.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints courteously.
Coordinate with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely service.
Ensure POS transactions, billing, and payments are handled accurately.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or catering setup preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be proactive, organized, and able to multitask.
Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and attention to detail.
POS system experience is a plus.
Flexible working attitude — including weekends and holidays if required.
Working Hours & Benefits:
Flexible working hours throughout the week.
One full day off per week (or two half-days if workload requires).
