Job Description:
• Be the face of the branch, engaging with guests, resolving issues with elegance, and building loyal relationships.
• Lead, train, and motivate the branch team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Monitor sales, upselling performance, guest feedback, and outlet KPIs.
• Monitor staff scheduling, attendance, grooming, and shift coverage for the outlet.
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction, resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Supervise cleanliness, hygiene, and Dubai Municipality compliance across FOH and BOH.
• Control inventory, minimize waste, and ensure the outlet runs efficiently.
• Coordinate with the F&B Manager on reports, inventory, and larger company initiatives.
• Report directly to the F&B Manager, providing daily/weekly operational updates.
Requirements:
• Proven minimum 3 years of leadership experience in UAE.
• A natural leader who can inspire confidence, motivate teams, and handle pressure with calm professionalism.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai Municipality F&B standards and hygiene compliance.
• Proficiency in both English and Russian with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for specialty coffee culture and luxury dining experiences.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
