Role and Responsibilities
• Proficient in common computer software, including CAD and IFC tools.
• Skilled in creating precise 2D and 3D drawings and models.
• Produce, check, and finalize drawings within agreed timelines; ensure documents are properly reviewed, filed, and shared with relevant teams.
• Prepare draft quotations and technical documentation, review drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
• Upload and retrieve information using company platforms such as FLOW, Zoho, and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with door support structures is an advantage.
• Experience with contractor prequalification packages is a plus.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and international offices to ensure clarity and accuracy in all project drawings and documents.
• Occasionally visit project sites to gain technical understanding, support correct installation, and improve future documentation practices.
• Coordinate with Champion Door Project Managers to maintain workflow continuity and meet project schedules.
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and a presentable appearance in all interactions, as a representative of the company.
• Remote work may be considered after the probation period.

Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Degree or diploma in technical design, construction, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a technical, back-office, or documentation support role, preferably within the industrial, construction, or manufacturing sector.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of CAD (2D and 3D), IFC, and common office software; familiarity with CRM and document management platforms (e.g., FLOW, Zoho) is an asset.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Detail Orientation: High level of accuracy in preparing drawings, quotations, and documentation.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet project deadlines.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with sales, engineering, and project management teams across multiple locations.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and systems and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Professionalism: Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a professional appearance and attitude in all work settings.
• Mobility: Availability for occasional site visits when required.
