Business Development Manager – Holiday Homes (Dubai)
Ashbourne, a growing Dubai-based holiday homes management company, is looking for a Business Development Manager to help expand our portfolio of short-term rental properties.
Responsibilities:
Source and onboard new apartments and villas from property owners and landlords for short-term rental management.
Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, landlords, and developers.
Present and explain the benefits of our holiday home management services.
Negotiate management agreements and ensure smooth property handovers.
Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to list new properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, and our company portal.
Meet monthly property acquisition and revenue targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate, property management, or holiday homes business development.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good understanding of the Dubai real estate and short-term rental market.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident in approaching property owners.
Fluent in English (other languages are an advantage).
Must be based in Dubai with a valid UAE driving license preferred.
Offer:
Basic Salary: AED 6,000 – 9,000 (depending on experience)
Attractive Commission on new properties signed
Full-time position – based in Dubai
