We are seeking a professional and fashion-savvy Abaya Sales Lady to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only assist online enquiries but also provide personalized home services, offering a convenient and exclusive shopping experience for clients in the comfort of their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct home service visits to showcase new collections, take measurements, and deliver custom or ready-made abayas.
- Provide expert styling advice and ensure customer satisfaction with fittings and selections.
- Maintain product displays, ensure the items are clean and well-organized.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and manage cash/card payments.
- Follow up with clients on special orders, tailoring, or delivery schedules.
- Build strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Keep track of customer feedback and report insights to the management team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service (experience in abaya or modest fashion preferred).
- Ability to provide excellent customer service both in-store and during home visits.
- Presentable, well-mannered, and trustworthy — able to represent the brand professionally at clients’ homes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and computer skills for handling sales records.
- Fluency in English
