We are urgently looking for a fluent Arabic and English-speaking Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients to promote travel and visa services.
Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and process bookings for flights, visas, hotels, and travel packages.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and regular follow-ups.
Identify potential leads and convert them into successful sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, and visa department) for smooth client handling.
Represent the company professionally in all communications and interactions.
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in travel, tourism, or visa services (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer-oriented mindset.
