Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential sellers from provided databases
Provide information on available properties, investment opportunities, and project details
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
Follow up with prospects regularly to move them through the sales funnel
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion
