TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR/ENGINEER

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Supervisor/Engineer with solid experience in hardscaping, landscaping, plumbing, irrigation, electrical, and pool development works.
This position requires someone who can not only supervise, but also work with their hands, train others, and solve technical issues on site while ensuring high-quality execution according to drawings and company standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take precise site measurements, verify levels, dimensions, and layouts.
- Read, interpret, and verify technical drawings, layouts, and specifications for accurate implementation / ArchiCAD and AutoCAD.
- Oversee and execute all technical site works, ensuring proper coordination between landscaping, plumbing, electrical, and irrigation systems.
- Actively participate in construction and installation works — not only supervise but also demonstrate correct methods and train the team.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during execution, ensuring alignment with design intent and safety standards.
- Supervise pool construction, waterproofing, and mechanical/electrical connections.
- Coordinate material deliveries, waste removal, and equipment logistics on site.
- Install and maintain water supply, irrigation, electrical connections, lighting, and control panels.
- Ensure all pipes, cables, and systems are properly labeled and documented.
- Control the quality of workmanship and materials, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Communicate regularly with managers, engineers, and assistants to align schedules and resolve site challenges.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, site photos, and feedback for management and record files.
- Follow all safety regulations, technical procedures, and company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Engineering degree or proven relevant experience in the UAE in landscaping, plumbing, or construction works.
- Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings and site plans.
- Skilled in ArchiCAD and AutoCAD (or equivalent software).
- Practical experience with electrical, irrigation, plumbing, and pool systems.
- Strong problem-solving and team leadership skills.
- Hands-on attitude — ability to execute tasks personally when needed.
- Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred).
- Willingness to work full-time on outdoor construction and landscaping sites.
