Job Description
We are looking for a female Telemarketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our company’s services, and generating qualified leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a strong ability to engage customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce and promote company services.
Identify client needs and provide accurate information about products and offers.
Maintain and update the client database with accurate contact details and call outcomes.
Follow up on inquiries and leads to support the sales and marketing teams.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) — knowledge of Russian, Chinese, or Arabic is highly preferred.
Excellent phone communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven personality.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
