We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and account reconciliations.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and assist in preparing financial reports.
Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial audits.
Help resolve discrepancies and answer queries related to financial transactions.
Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and records.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure timely reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
years of experience in an accounting role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
Salary: Negotiable
