Role Summary
We are looking for experienced and result-driven Off-Plan Property Consultants to join our growing sales team.
This role is ideal for ambitious agents who can handle qualified leads, manage investor relations, and close deals independently in a performance-driven setup.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and convert pre-qualified daily leads into successful off-plan sales.
* Conduct client consultations and present tailored investment opportunities.
* Stay updated on developer launches, payment plans, and market trends.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
* Attend property tours, developer events, and exhibitions.
* Maintain CRM records and follow up consistently.
* Meet individual monthly sales targets and support overall team goals.

Requirements

* Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages a plus).
* UAE driving license preferred.
Compensation
Commission-based (up to 70%)
Daily qualified leads provided
Earning potential: AED 20,000–60,000+ per month
