Job Title: AI Automation Engineer / AI Agent Developer
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive AI specialist to help us design, build, and implement AI-powered automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing intelligent agents to streamline business processes and creating a chatbot that can handle complex user interactions. You will work closely with our team to identify automation opportunities and turn them into scalable AI-driven systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for process automation.
• Build and maintain a chatbot capable of handling dynamic conversations.
• Integrate AI systems with existing tools, APIs, and databases.
• Experiment with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT models, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering techniques.
• Continuously test and optimize agent performance and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to identify automation opportunities.
Requirements:
• Solid understanding of AI concepts, large language models, and automation tools.
• Experience with Python, Node.js, or another backend language.
• Familiarity with APIs and web integrations (REST, GraphQL, etc.).
• Experience with frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI API, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Bonus: experience with RPA tools, vector databases, or chatbot frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Botpress).
Nice to Have:
• Understanding of prompt engineering and agentic workflows.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Prior experience deploying AI-based solutions in production.
