We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Real Estate Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing brokerage team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing all marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our sales agents and enhance our brand presence across digital and traditional platforms.
Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Specialist will manage the full scope of our property marketing efforts, including:
• Digital Campaign Management:
• Design and manage targeted PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads) for lead generation, focusing on specific developments (e.g., off-plan, ready units).
• Oversee Social Media Strategy (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) from content creation to scheduling and community management.
• Content & Listing Management:
• Develop high-quality, engaging content, including property descriptions, blog posts, email newsletters, and video scripts.
• Ensure all property listings on portals (e.g., Dubizzle, Property Finder) are optimized with compelling visuals, accurate details, and proper RERA compliance/Trakheesi permits.
• Brand & Design:
• Maintain and evolve the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, signage).
• Coordinate with external agencies or internal design resources for professional photography, videography, and graphic design.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track, measure, and analyze performance across all marketing channels (ROI, CPA, conversion rates).
• Provide weekly performance reports and insights to sales management to guide budget allocation and strategic decisions.
•Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager), Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
•Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with RERA and DLD advertising guidelines is essential.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a dedicated marketing role, preferably within the Dubai Real Estate.
