We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Real Estate Brokers to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of real estate or sales experience who are eager to build a successful career in Dubai’s property market. Comprehensive training and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
Maintain and update property listings across major real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
Conduct property viewings and communicate professionally with landlords, tenants, and buyers.
Learn and understand Dubai’s real estate market trends, communities, and property values.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service and repeat business.
Support the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and deal closure.
Prepare basic documentation such as offers and tenancy agreements (training will be provided).
Coordinate with the admin and marketing team for property promotions and advertising.
Skills & Qualifications:
Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in real estate or sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
Good English communication (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
Familiarity with real estate portals and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
UAE driving license is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
