Qualifications -----
Preferably Valid UAE Driving License – mobility matters when closing deals
Experience in Real Estate and Sales – a proven track record in property dealings is highly valued (min 1 yr experience)

Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills – articulate, persuasive, and confident in every conversation
Self-Motivated and Team-Oriented – driven to perform independently while contributing effectively to a team
Up-to-Date Market Awareness – familiar with local Real Estate trends and industry dynamics (as per UAE norms)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a Related Field – an academic edge that compliments your practical skills
Fluency in English – proficiency in additional languages (Hindi, Arabic, French) is an added advantage
