We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Admin & Sales Support Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is key in supporting daily brokerage operations, coordinating property activities, and assisting our agents to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp — record, assign, and follow up with agents.
Prepare and process real estate documents (Contracts A, B, and F via Dubai REST; Form I, NDA, LOI, etc.).
Handle RERA licenses, Trakheesi permits, and broker card management.
Schedule and coordinate property viewings, appointments, and open houses.
Personally show properties to clients for management-owned accounts.
Assist with marketing tasks: scheduling photos/videos, creating flyers, posting listings on portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle), and managing social media updates.
Support negotiations, closing processes, and agreement renewals with developers.
Manage WhatsApp groups for internal updates and client communications.
Process payments, invoices, and expense tracking.
Generate and maintain reports on leads, listings, and performance metrics.
Requirements
bachelor’s degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is mandatory for this role.
1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative or real estate support role (preferably in Dubai).
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
Excellent coordination, communication, and client-handling skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with strong time management abilities.
Able to manage WhatsApp groups and internal communication efficiently.
A valid UAE driver’s license is an advantage (not mandatory).
