Job Description:
We are hiring a Senior Site Engineer (Civil) for a labour-supply/subcontracting company.
The engineer must control all site operations, manage manpower, plan daily work activities, prepare labour quotations, and solve all on-site issues quickly and effectively.
Our projects focus on steel fixing and shuttering works only.
Responsibilities:
Daily supervision of site activities (steel fixing & shuttering)
Reading and understanding civil & structural drawings
Allocating and managing manpower (50–300 workers)
Ensuring correct method of shuttering, steel fixing, and concreting
Coordinating with Senior Engineers & Safety
Preparing daily progress reports with photos
Avoiding delays and worker idle time
Checking material readiness (materials provided by main contractor)
Ensuring work quality and safety
Preparing labour quotations
Communicating with client engineers daily
Strong problem-solving: able to solve site issues immediately and keep workflow smooth
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
3–7 years UAE experience
Experience in labour supply / subcontracting
Strong leadership and manpower management
Good English communication
Ability to read structural drawings
Strong problem-solving skills
UAE Driving License (preferred)
