We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and confident individuals with a desire to build a career in sales and to assist with the lettings of a luxury student brand in the UK and Spain.
This person should be able to conduct both inbound and outbound sales work via all types of contact methods (phone, email, WhatsApp, WeChat) for students interested in our UK student accommodation buildings. There may also be the opportunity to help lettings with some or all of our Vita Student buildings in Spain too. The ultimate goal of this individual is to help us achieve 100% occupancy in our student buildings each year.
Key Responsibilities:
- To follow up all inbound enquiries to a very high standard with a view to securing lettings for the accommodation remotely
- Some outbound calling to reinvigorate leads from our database
- Hitting monthly KPIs
- Generating own referrals through booking networks and social media platforms
- To have a strong knowledge of all our buildings across the UK
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year sales experience
- Fluent in English
- Any other language is a benefit, particularly Spanish or Mandarin
- Must be professional and have a strong work ethic
Salary and compensation Structure:
- Basic salary of 90,000 AED per annum / 8,000 AED per month
- OTE of 55,000 AED per annum in commission
- Total OTE of 145,000 AED per annum
