Position: Digital Agency – Client Acquisition & Digital Solutions Manager, Location: UAE Type: Full-time ________________________________ About the Role We are a digital development agency working with leading clients in the UAE, while being headquartered in the UK and India. We are seeking a Client Acquisition & Digital Solutions Manager, based in the UAE, who can manage our existing clients and acquire new clients by offering a wide range of high-impact digital solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to identify business challenges, recommend the right digital solutions — including apps, portals, workflow systems, CRM platforms, automation tools, and other technology-driven products — and help convert these opportunities into development projects. This is not a traditional sales role. It combines consulting, solution design, client relationship management, and business acquisition, positioning you as a trusted digital advisor while driving our agency’s growth. As the face of the agency in the UAE, you will engage with businesses, understand their operational challenges, propose solutions, and collaborate with our technical team to deliver real, valuable digital products. ________________________________ Key Responsibilities 1. Client Acquisition & Outreach Identify potential businesses, corporates, startups, and organizations that can benefit from digital transformation. Build a qualified pipeline through outreach, networking, referrals, events, and market research. Initiate conversations and create opportunities for digital development engagements. 2. Client Need Discovery Conduct discovery meetings to understand client workflows, pain points, and digital gaps. Analyze business challenges and map them to suitable digital solutions. Ask strategic questions to uncover deeper needs beyond the stated requirements. 3. Solution Presentation Present digital solutions such as: Custom mobile apps Internal portals Dashboards & analytics Automation systems Workflow tools CRM and ERP modules Digital transformation roadmaps And coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare: Solution proposals Scope documents 4. Proposal & Conversion Collaborate with design, development, and project teams to craft proposals. Clearly communicate features, timelines, commercial terms, and value propositions to clients. Manage the full cycle of converting qualified leads into confirmed development projects. 5. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients. Act as the primary point of contact for all solution and project-related discussions. Identify opportunities to expand accounts with additional features, enhancements, or new digital products. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, product managers, and leadership. Ensure accurate translation of client requirements into technical tasks. Participate in internal briefings, sprint planning, and project handovers. ________________________________ Qualifications & Skills Must Have Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience in a digital agency, IT services, SaaS, software development, or consulting environment. Understanding of apps, portals, workflows, APIs, and digital product fundamentals. Strong client-facing capability — discovery, solutioning, and proposal pitching. Ability to independently manage a pipeline and drive revenue. Good to Have Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals. Experience in client servicing, account management, or digital consulting. Personality Traits Consultative, solution-oriented mindset. Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
