Position Summary: We are seeking highly motivated, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial Real Estate Agents to join our team on a commission-only basis. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about real estate to build a lucrative career in one of the world's most vibrant property markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting new clients, listing and marketing properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and closing sales and rental agreements. Key Responsibilities: - Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, referrals, online platforms, and community engagement. - Property Sourcing: Build a robust portfolio of properties for sale and rent by establishing relationships with property owners and developers. - Market Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including current trends, property values, legal requirements, and new developments. - Client Management: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, expert advice, and tailored solutions. - Property Marketing: Effectively market properties through professional photography, compelling descriptions, online portals, social media, and open houses. - Viewings and Presentations: Conduct professional property viewings and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers and tenants. - Negotiation & Closing: Expertly negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and guide clients through the entire sales or rental process from inquiry to closing. - Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere to RERA regulations and company policies. - CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients and properties in the company's CRM system. - Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry best practices, new technologies, and market changes to continuously improve performance.
