We are seeking a qualified and motivated Estimator with experience in the façade industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate proposals based on project documentation, architectural drawings, and specifications. The role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience working with CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Review architectural drawings, BOQs, project specifications, and tender documents to extract all relevant scope of work.
• Develop professional proposals and quotations using the company CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal departments when required to validate technical or commercial details.
• Ensure that estimates and proposals align with project timelines, budget constraints, and company pricing strategies.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and project correspondence.
• Provide clarification or feedback on tender requirements when necessary.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural.
• 2–3 years of experience as an Estimator in the façade or building envelope industry.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and project specifications.
• Solid understanding of façade systems, materials, and industry practices.
• Experience using CRM systems for proposal preparation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
