We are looking for a qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our MEP & HVAC division. Candidates must have solid knowledge of mechanical systems and UAE construction practices.
Position: Mechanical Engineer
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
3–7 years UAE experience in MEP/HVAC/Plumbing.
Strong understanding of:
HVAC systems (VRF, AHU, FAHU, FCU, smoke management).
Plumbing & Drainage systems (PPR, HDPE, UPVC, copper).
Knowledge of ASHRAE / SMACNA / NFPA / ASTM / DCD / DM / DDA standards.
Ability to prepare and review:
Mechanical shop drawings
Load calculations
BOQ and costing
Technical material submittals
Strong site supervision and project coordination skills.
Must be available in UAE for interview.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage execution of HVAC, plumbing, drainage and firefighting works.
Review drawings, specifications and authority requirements.
Material selection & procurement coordination.
Site supervision and manpower management.
Conduct testing, commissioning and handing over.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
Ensure full compliance with UAE codes and safety practices.
