We are a luxury interior design studio in Dubai looking for a full-time Social Media Manager + Personal Assistant with strong organisational, administrative, and basic bookkeeping skills.
This role requires someone loyal, discreet, and highly reliable, as you will be working directly with the founder and handling both social media execution and internal office tasks.
You will receive all creative direction (captions, scripts, planning). Your responsibility is to execute accurately, maintain confidentiality, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:
Social Media
• Upload Instagram posts, reels, stories (Meta Business Suite)
• Simple video/photo editing (covers, cropping, trimming)
• Manage and filter DMs
• Organise content folders and media libraries
• Coordinate with photographers/videographers
• Maintain brand aesthetic and posting consistency
• Assist with ads (boosts & simple campaigns)
️ Office Admin & PA Duties
• Calendar management, scheduling, reminders
• Communication with suppliers and contractors
• Organisation of project documents and folders
• Drafting emails, preparing reports, tracking follow-ups
• Travel coordination and meeting arrangements
• Supporting day-to-day office operations
Bookkeeping & Internal Admin
• Tracking invoices, receipts, and supplier payments
• Updating spreadsheets, budgets, and cost breakdowns
• Maintaining basic bookkeeping logs
• Supporting the accountant with monthly records

• Competency in Photoshop & Word
