We are looking for an up and coming, result-oriented, proactive professional with a dynamic personality to join our marketing team. This position blends administrative and creative role to support the continuous development of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform administrative and supporting role in accordance with the business development and marketing plan.
2. Prepare marketing communication and official documents including, but not limited to, newsletters, presentations, proposals, product information, and any other document that may be required.
3. Conduct market research through various channels to generate new leads and grow the network of clients.
4. Reach out to existing contacts, via phone calls and/or emails, and keep the database updated.
5. Organize meetings and presentation for Business Development.
Requirements:
1. Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
2. Experience in telemarketing and database management is a key advantage.
3. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Form) is an advantage
4. Knowledge of Social Media management is an advantage.
5. Knowledge in visual arts applications (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
6. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
