Financial Record Management: Maintain and update financial records, including sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
Transaction Processing: Process day-to-day financial transactions such as invoices, expenses, and payments, ensuring they are recorded in the general ledger correctly.
Communication: Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve payment queries and maintain strong business relationships.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the accounting team, including filing financial documents and handling queries related to accounts.
