Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant
Location: Sharjah, Industrial Area 15
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Day off: Friday
Budgeted Salary: 3000 AED
We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team.The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will handle administrative duties to support daily operations.
Responsibilities:
> Handle incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
> Assist and greet walk in customers with courtesy and professionalism.
> Prepare quotations, jobcards, and invoices accurately.
> Follow up on payments from credit customers.
> Inform customers once their glass orders are ready.
> Maintain organized records and filing system.
> Provide general administrative support to the management team.
Requirements & qualifications:
> Proven experience (not mandatory).
> strong communication & interpersonal skill.
> Proficient in Microsoft Office & basic computer applications.
> Ability to multy task and work under minimal supervision.
> Professional appearence and positive attitude.
> Willing to be trained and start immediately.
> Should be ready to relocate to near by places.
