We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MEP Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, and electrical).
• Supervise and guide junior technicians and subcontractors on-site.
• Conduct inspections and testing of systems and equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with project engineers and site managers to ensure timely execution of work.
• Maintain proper documentation of service records, maintenance logs, and reports.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Required) or Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEP systems in UAE
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS, fire alarm systems, and plumbing networks.
• Ability to read technical drawings and MEP schematics.
• Familiar with international codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, ASHRAE, NEC).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
