Lana Homes Real Estate is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while providing professional guidance throughout the entire process. You will generate leads, conduct property viewings, coordinate with developers, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth transactions and excellent customer service.
Following up with clients, preparing contracts and agreements, and keeping records organized and up to date. Candidates should have experience in resale, off-plan, and rental properties, and be able to build strong relationships with clients, understand their property needs, negotiate offers, and close deals efficiently. Staying informed about Dubai’s real estate market trends and providing expert advice to clients is a key part of the position.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a self-motivated and target-driven attitude, and a professional appearance and demeanor. Knowledge of the Dubai property market is an advantage, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. RERA certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
