We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department with daily administrative and HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes (screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
Respond to employee queries and provide basic HR support
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is an advantage
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
