Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support a busy CEO in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in secretarial and accountancy tasks, with experience in the healthcare sector highly preferred. Fluency in English is essential, and a valid UAE Driver's License is required. This position is open to female candidates only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO in a home-based setting.
- Manage the CEO's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and maintaining personal and business accounting records.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all business and personal matters.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Run errands and provide transportation support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree at minimum
- Proven experience in an executive assistant or administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Experience working in the healthcare sector is highly preferred.
- Strong background in accountancy or financial management.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid UAE Driver's License is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a home-based environment.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
