Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
Schedule meetings and manage calendars

Support management and staff with daily tasks
Ensure confidentiality of office information
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
