We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support senior management with a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist senior management with day-to-day executive and administrative support duties.
Draft, format, proofread, and organize reports, documents, and presentations.
Input and manage data, update databases, and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with internal teams, respond to calls, and arrange travel and logistics.
Handle internal and external communication on behalf of senior management.
Organize schedules, manage calendars, book meetings, and send reminders.
