The Mission
Your job is simple in theory and demanding in reality:
👉 Grow revenue. Own clients. Build the sales engine.
You will work directly with the Founder and be trusted with:
Winning and retaining key customers
Driving daily sales volume
Protecting margins
Bringing structure, discipline, and leadership to sales operations
This role is designed to grow into Head of Sales / Commercial Manager.
What You’ll Be Doing
🔥 Sales & Growth
Close new B2B customers (restaurants, hotels, caterers, retailers)
Manage and grow key accounts aggressively
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
Hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
⚙️ Ownership & Execution
Take responsibility for your numbers — no excuses
Coordinate closely with logistics, warehouse, and finance
Solve problems fast when things break (because in startups, they do)
Help design and improve sales processes as we scale
🧠 Leadership
Lead by example — intensity, discipline, reliability
Help train and manage future sales hires
Think like an owner, not an employee
Who We’re Looking For
You might be right for this role if:
You have 3+ years of B2B sales experience (FMCG, food supply, hospitality, fresh produce preferred)
You’re commercially sharp and comfortable negotiating
You don’t wait to be told what to do
You can handle pressure, ambiguity, and accountability
You want to build something, not just maintain it
You’re motivated by results and upside, not just fixed salary
Not suitable if you:
Need heavy structure and hand-holding
