Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales:
✅ Greet and assist hotel guests, offering product recommendations based on their needs.
✅ Stay informed about all products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
✅ Upsell and cross-sell to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
✅ Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately.
✅ Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Store Maintenance & Inventory Management:
✅ Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and report shortages.
✅ Arrange products attractively to boost visibility and sales.
✅ Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
Compliance & Professionalism:
✅ Follow hotel regulations regarding store operations and guest interactions.
✅ Ensure legal compliance when selling age-restricted items (cigarettes, cigars).
✅ Maintain a well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
