Compensation: from 4,000 AED fixed + commission + performance bonuses

Responsibilities
• Work with incoming leads (WhatsApp, calls, Instagram, website)
• Consult clients and recommend suitable forklifts
• Prepare quotations and follow up
• Close deals and collect payments
• Maintain client records in CRM
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Represent the company professionally to clients
(No cold calling, no searching for clients. All leads are provided.)

Requirements
• Strong B2B or high-ticket sales experience
• Confident closer with negotiation skills
• Fluent English and Arabic (mandatory)
• Ability to sell equipment worth 50,000–300,000 AED
• Professional, disciplined, result-driven
