Outdoor Sales Representative – Mobile Accessories (IR Channel)

Job Summary
We are looking for two experienced Outdoor Sales Representatives to handle IR (Independent Retailer) channels for mobile accessories. The ideal candidates must have strong market knowledge, existing relationships with top mobile accessory retailers, and a proven track record in outdoor B2B sales within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory through IR mobile shops and accessory retailers
Maintain and expand relationships with key and top-performing IR customers
Regular outdoor visits to ensure order generation, product visibility, and stock availability
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by management
Introduce new products and promotions to existing and new customers
Collect market intelligence on pricing, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Ensure timely collection of payments as per company credit policy
Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability, deliveries, and promotions
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in outdoor sales of mobile accessories within the UAE
Proven experience handling IR channels (mobile shops selling accessories)
Strong existing relationships with well-known and top IR customers in the assigned region
Good understanding of mobile accessories categories (covers, chargers, cables, screen protection, etc.)
Valid UAE driving license – mandatory
Strong negotiation, communication, and customer-handling skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Knowledge of the assigned territory’s retail landscape is a strong advantage
Salary & Benefits
Salary:
AED 8,000 per month
Up to AED 10,000 for exceptional candidates with strong customer base and proven performance
