Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations and supervise junior staff.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare VAT / tax returns and ensure statutory compliance.
Handle payroll accounting and provisions.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Monitor cash flow and budgets.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Implement and improve financial controls and processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance (CA/CPA/ACCA preferred).
4–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation.
Proficient in TALLY ERP systems and advanced Excel.
Leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
