Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Car Detailing Supervisor / Driver to lead and manage mobile car detailing teams across Dubai.
This role involves driving the detailing van, supervising technicians, coordinating daily bookings, and ensuring all detailing work meets company standards.
The supervisor must also be able to perform detailing work when needed and support the team during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive company detailing van to customer locations
• Supervise mobile car detailing technicians on-site
• Coordinate daily bookings and team schedules
• Ensure detailing work meets quality standards
• Maintain professional customer communication
• Manage team attendance and job completion
• Maintain equipment and detailing supplies
• Train new team members on proper detailing procedures
• Perform detailing work as needed

Requirements
• Minimum 4 years car detailing experience
• Experience supervising or leading a team
• Valid UAE driving license (required)
• Basic English communication
• Must currently be based in Dubai
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills
