Duties:
- Plan, launch, and optimize media buying strategies across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to ensure optimal ROI.
- Allocate and manage ad budgets effectively to achieve client and company goals.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify audience trends and the most effective media platforms.
- Produce detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging ads that deliver measurable results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to leverage emerging opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar role, ideally with a focus on real estate campaigns.
- Expertise in paid advertising and budget management.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance tracking platforms.
- Exceptional reporting and documentation skills to provide actionable insights.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and analysis to inform data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and techniques in digital media buying and campaign optimization.
