Job Description:
Al Hayat Furniture is hiring a Supervisor to ensure the efficient operation of our workshop and office. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing furniture production, quality control, and delivery processes. This role demands a proactive individual who can handle customer interactions, manage labor, and ensure smooth operations both in the office and on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliveries: Manage deliveries, ensuring timely and proper execution.
Quality Control: Inspect furniture quality before delivery to ensure it meets standards.
On-Site Supervision: Accompany the delivery team to customer sites to oversee and manage installations or deliveries.
Office Management: Handle office work, customer interactions, and administrative tasks when no deliveries are scheduled.
Labor Management: Supervise and manage labor teams efficiently.
Requirements:
Experience: Must have previous experience in the furniture industry.
Skills: Strong leadership, quality control, and communication skills.
Language: Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Technical Knowledge: Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Personality: Reliable, organized, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
