Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Develop strategies to attract skilled professionals in real estate and ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances, fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Design and implement employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and retention strategies.
3. Performance Management:
• Oversee performance evaluation systems and provide guidance on career development plans.
• Identify training needs and organize professional development programs tailored to individual and team goals.
4. HR Policies & Compliance:
• Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain employee records and ensure all HR operations adhere to organizational standards.
5. AI Integration & HR Automation:
• Utilize AI tools to streamline recruitment, performance tracking, and employee management processes.
• Collaborate with the IT team to integrate AI-driven HR platforms for automation and analytics.
6. Strategic HR Planning:
• Align HR initiatives with business objectives, contributing to strategic planning for workforce growth.
• Provide insights and reports on workforce trends, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus).
• Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools; experience with AI-driven platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
