We are hiring a School Bus Attendant to ensure the safety and well-being of students during boarding, travel, and drop-off. The ideal candidate should be responsible, caring, and able to manage children calmly and professionally.
Responsibilities:
Assist students while boarding and exiting the bus
Ensure all students are seated safely with seat belts (where required)
Maintain discipline and monitor student behavior during the trip
Help young students with bags and assist them to their designated areas
Keep attendance records of students riding the bus
Report any issues, incidents, or safety concerns to the driver or school staff
Ensure cleanliness and safety inside the bus
Follow all school and transport safety rules
Requirements:
Good communication and child-handling skills
Responsible, patient, and attentive
Physically fit to assist young children
Previous experience with school transport is an advantage
Ready to join immediately (preferred)
