# **Full-Time Teacher & Home Learning Supervisor**
**6 Days per Week – Dubai Marina**
**Live-in / Live-out Options Available**
We are looking for a **smart, organized, and proactive full-time teacher** to support a well-structured home environment for **5-year-old twins**. The role combines **teaching**, **daily child development**, and **light household supervision** (not cleaning), as cleaners are already employed.
### **Key Responsibilities**
**Teaching & Child Development**
* Provide **daily educational lessons** (English, reading, writing, math, general knowledge).
* Create a **classroom-style environment** at home with structure, routines, and discipline.
* Organize daily learning activities, arts, crafts, science experiments, and reading time.
* Track the kids’ progress and prepare simple weekly reports.
**Home Oversight (When Kids Are in Nursery)**
* Oversee the home with a “classroom manager” mindset.
* **Direct cleaners**: what to clean, how to clean, and ensure standards are met.
* Ensure the home is tidy, organized, and operating smoothly.
* Prepare schedules, to-do lists, kids' plans, and daily organization.
* Assist in planning meals, activities, and kids’ routines.
### **Work Schedule**
* **6 days per week**
* Full-time hours
* Flexibility during kids’ nursery hours to manage the house
### **Requirements**
* Strong English communication
* Teaching experience with small children (nursery, kindergarten, tutoring, or similar)
* Highly organized, responsible, and good with routines
* Able to manage cleaners respectfully and professionally
* Creative, patient, and good with children
* Preferably someone who can also take **nice photos/videos** of the kids’ activities
