We are hiring a Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our catering kitchen producing cold breakfast items and baked goods for office clients across Dubai.
This is a hands on leadership role for someone who can confidently command a kitchen manage staff and maintain high food standards.

We are a growing food and beverage company based in International City. We specialise in fresh fruit healthy catering and high quality office food solutions. Our kitchen produces sandwiches baked goods fruit platters and breakfast items for daily corporate delivery.
Role overview
We are looking for an experienced Chef or Kitchen Manager who can take full control of the kitchen. You will manage food preparation staff hygiene and daily operations while being actively involved in cooking and production.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and command the kitchen on a daily basis
- Prepare sandwiches wraps salads and cold breakfast items
- Bake bread pastries and other baked goods daily
- Prepare and present fresh fruit platters and juices
- Ensure food quality taste consistency and presentation
- Maintain food safety hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Manage stock rotation portion control and waste
- Order ingredients and manage basic procurement
- Create staff rotas and supervise kitchen team
Train motivate and lead junior kitchen staff
- Support packing and coordination of catering orders
Requirements
Previous experience as a Chef Kitchen Manager or senior kitchen staff
Valid food safety and hygiene certificates
Any culinary or professional kitchen certification is a strong advantage
Proven ability to manage and lead a kitchen team
Hands on skills in sandwich preparation baking and fruit prep
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Reliable organised and confident decision maker
Flexible to work night shifts and early mornings
