Real Estate Sales Manager (Player–Coach Role)
Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Real Estate Sales Manager with a proven sales track record who is prepared to lead by example. The successful candidate will initially focus on closing deals independently, demonstrating consistent performance, before progressively building, managing, and mentoring a sales team alongside them.
Key Responsibilities
Personally generate and close real estate sales to establish credibility and performance benchmarks
Develop and execute effective sales strategies with a long-term growth vision
Transition into recruiting, training, and managing a sales team after proven individual success
Work alongside team members, providing hands-on guidance and leadership
Set sales targets, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement
Identify market opportunities and adapt strategy based on changing conditions
