What We’re Looking For:
• 1–2 years of real estate experience with a proven sales record
• Successfully closed secondary market deals
• Multilingual agents are a plus
• Strong social media presence as a real estate agent is a bonus
• Excellent knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Coordinate with developers, brokers, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
