• Assist online customers in a timely manner.
• Handling incoming inquiries through phone and email
• Managing current customer accounts
• Arranging maintenance and technical services for clients
• Coordinating with sales and technical department
• Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues.
