Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager who will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing all social media campaigns, with a focus on real estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate marketing, proven experience with paid social media campaigns, and a keen eye for engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation for our real estate business.
Manage and oversee social media accounts across various platforms.
Create and curate compelling content tailored to our real estate audience, including posts, stories, and multimedia content.
Execute and optimize paid social media campaigns to achieve targeted results and ROI.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, making data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies and goals.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices in the real estate sector.
Qualifications:
2 Years of experience as a Social Media Manager, particularly within the real estate industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, paid advertising, and content creation.
Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns.
