COMPANY BACKGROUND & PURPOSE OF POSITION:
MBT, a leading building materials supplier with over 15 years of industry experience, offers a comprehensive range of solutions for various sectors. Our range of products can be divided into 1) Joinery & Fitout 2) Speciality Items. Our range of products include HPL solutions, Wall protection systems, Expansion joints, Flooring, Acoustic Solutions and more.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree preferably in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture.
• Minimum of 4 years of prior work experience in sales, business development, with expertise in expansion and movement joints, wall protection, entrance mats, stair nosing, and carpentry & fit-out.
• Demonstrated results in meeting sales quotas or business development goals.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and AutoCAD.
• UAE driving license required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinating all aspects of the sales process from initial enquiry/RFQ through the closing of opportunities.
• Pursue leads through effective lead chasing strategies, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing relationships with possible clients.
• Tracking and reporting the status of potential projects, markets, customer news, and developments.
• Leading the development and preparation of pre-qualification files, formal presentations, submittal proposals, and contracts.
• Building and maintaining solid, long-term relationships with prospects and existing customers/developers within the commercial construction industry.
• Working under pressure to meet sales quotas and business development goals.
• Serving as a key person in driving sales initiatives and strategies.
SALARY PACKAGE:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 based on experience + Transportation allowance + Annual Flights + Insurance + Strong Incentives Scheme, subject to candidate experience and qualifications
