Key Responsibilities :
Client Management : Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Property Listings: Create and manage property listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Market Analysis : Conduct market research to determine competitive market prices and trends.
Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property showings for potential buyers or renters.
Negotiations : Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Documentation: Prepare and review necessary documentation, including purchase agreements, contracts, and leases.
Marketing : Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and open houses.
Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction process, addressing client concerns and questions promptly.
Compliance : Ensure all real estate transactions comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Networking: Build a network of contacts within the real estate industry, including mortgage brokers, inspectors, and contractors.
Qualifications :
Experience: Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
